HERITAGE PATHWAYS TOURS POLICIES

To ensure that our guests make the most of the tour experience that we have to offer, the following policies have been implemented.

  • We understand that there may be occasions when guests have to arrive late and may miss a portion of the tour. We are happy to accommodate late arrivals, however, there are no discounts offered for late arrival or missed portions of the tours.

  • Heritage Pathways Tours reserves the right to cancel a tour and will make every effort to notice guests promptly. In the event that we have to cancel, 100% of your payment will be refunded.

  • In the event a guest has to cancel, we respectfully request a 7-day notice of cancellation to receive a full refund.  A 50% service fee will be charged for any cancellation less than 7 days. 

  • With the exception of registered service animals, pets are not allowed on our tours.

    • We make every effort to make our tours accessible to all.

  • Tours will run rain or shine. It is recommended that guests dress accordingly.

  • We require a signed waiver of liability for all guests. Participants are responsible for assessing their own physical ability for certain segments of our tours.
